Claims : Claims for damage or loss in transit must be filled with delivering carrier. Any delays in transit are the
responsibility of the carrier.
Lead Time : Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. (some orders go out sooner)
Returns : Products being returned must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in new condition in original
box. All returns are to be shipped pre-paid by customer. If any item is defective we will promptly ship a replacement
shipping pre-paid. Some re-stocking fees may apply.
Taxes : No Sales Tax is applicable unless sold within the state of Florida. All others are Exempt! (Many times the
savings in taxes pays for the shipping costs!)
